Welcome to Day 4 of the  Twelve Days of Mini-workouts.  Ok, not to gloat, but I know what my Christmas present is year.  We’re heading to Maui in less than a month!  Which means a bikini.  Sooooo, I’m kickin’ up the leg & hip work.  This series takes 10 minutes — bonus points if you do it more than once today 🙂 Come on, all the cool kids are doin’ it.
