Considering sneaking in some reformer exercises?  How about the seated arm series!  

Nike peeps: do this on 1 red spring on the Allegro reformers in the Mag Scrambler. 

No reformer available?  No problem-o!  Simply use light hand weights and still maintain your Ageless Pilates form: one thing moves, everything else stays still.  That means: move the arms, keep the torso still during this series.
