One of the things I love about my job is getting to work with all kinds of bodies — folks who’ve had a knee or hip replacement, new mom’s, desk jockies, elite-level athletes and everyone in-between. Today, two baseball players came in; they’re committed to taking care of their bodies for the long-haul.

Check out P.K. on the right – after a Pain Free Body session, he’s created a ton more movement in his ribcage. What do you think that might do for his throw? How about his ability to rotate & swing?

Boom, total secret weapon for athletes who experience tightness or limited range-of-motion from their workouts. Stretching is good. PFB techniques + Stretching is great – you’ll see bigger changes and your body will hold them longer.

A note to the everyday folks out there: think this type of session might help you be able to turn to see your blind spot when driving? Yup. Think it might help with neck, shoulder, and even jaw crankiness? Yup.

C.K., on the left, also had an increase in lift, but not as big. His ribcage isn’t his kryptonite. (my bad on the photo – notice where his hands are – he hasn’t finished lifting in “Pulling Straps” here) We’ll focus on his tight spot later this week.
