For more information, visit our Facebook page: The Rossiter System, and our website:

WHO: this event is open to everyone who is interested in experiencing this method — Ruth will be demonstrating on you! If we have enough mind/body practitioners with interest, I’d love to host a training in March 2018.

RSVP: Since we are a private entry building, please shoot me an email to reserve a spot and I’ll make sure we have someone at the front door to bring you in.

Before & After Rossiter

The Rossiter System® goes directly to the source of the pain by dealing with your connective tissue (CT.) This tissue is found surrounding your entire body and in-between other tissues everywhere in the body, including the nervous system.

In the central nervous system, the three outer membranes that envelop the brain and spinal cord are composed of connective tissue. CT in our bodies is like the steel girders in a sky scraper — in addition to our bones, it provides the structural support, and without it, we would not be able to stand upright. CT is critical, and when things go amiss with it, e.g., stress and immobility, pain can result. Overuse, misuse, under use, injury and aging all shrink CT. Imagine what would happen to that skyscraper if the steel girders shrunk.

Rossiter sessions are generally brief, yet amazingly effective. You’ll typically lay down on a mat while the Rossiter Coach uses the foot to add weight to your body. Your job is to  executes movement which engage the CT. no worries, the coach will coach you through the process. The foot is used because it is a powerful tool that can cover a broader area than a hand or finger. The movements will feel intense, yet the results are amazing.
