PAIN FREE BODY: JOINT DECOMPRESSION
Is gravity or daily life compressing your joints? Learn self-care techniques using soft foam rollers and muscle release balls to decompress your neck, spine, hips, knees, shoulders, hands and feet. This workshop is appropriate for everyone from elite-level athletes to those with chronic conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgia.
WHAT DO DECOMPRESSION TECHNIQUES DO?
Ideally, your skeleton has spaces between the meeting points of the bones. When you lose these spaces — from disease, working out or simply gravity pressing on you — you may experience symptoms ranging from a loss of graceful movement and range of motion to stiffness and pain from compressed nerves. Decompression techniques relieve the pressure of bones pressing on bones and, bones pressing on nerves. My clients often report feeling immediate relief from longtime low-grade or even high-end pain.
This workshop features Immediate Feedback assessments. You’ll experience immediate results that you can see and feel, such as an increase in leg or arm length, or an improvement in joint mobility.
